LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN ANY ROYALCLASH TOURNAMENT
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing, registering for, or participating in any RoyalClash tournament, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not participate in our tournaments.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Participant") and RoyalClash ("Organizer"). Your participation signifies your complete and unconditional acceptance.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To participate in RoyalClash tournaments, you must meet the following criteria:
Age Requirement
Minimum 16 years. Under 18 requires parental consent.
ID Verification
Valid government ID required at registration and check-in.
Clean Record
No history of cheating or ban from esports events.
- You must be at least 16 years of age. Participants under 18 must have parental/guardian consent (consent form available for download).
- You must provide valid government-issued ID proof at registration and venue check-in (Aadhaar, PAN, Driver's License, or Passport).
- You must not have been convicted of any criminal offense or have any history of cheating in esports tournaments.
- You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol during tournament participation.
- You must be physically and mentally capable of participating in competitive gaming.
- You must have a valid Free Fire account in good standing.
3. REGISTRATION PROCESS
Step-by-Step Registration
- Complete the online registration form with accurate personal information (name, age, contact details, Free Fire ID).
- Select your tournament category: Solo, Duo, or Squad.
- Pay the applicable entry fee through our secure payment gateway (Razorpay/Paytm).
- Receive confirmation email with unique QR code ticket within 10 minutes.
- Present QR code and original ID proof at venue for check-in on event day.
- Sign the physical attendance sheet and consent form (if under 18).
Important Registration Rules:
- Each participant can register only once per tournament category. Duplicate registrations will be cancelled without refund.
- Team registrations (Duo/Squad) require all team members' details at the time of registration.
- Registration closes 48 hours before tournament start or when slots fill, whichever is earlier.
- Late registrations are not accepted under any circumstances.
- Registration is non-transferable to another person or future tournament.
4. TOURNAMENT RULES
Gameplay Rules
- Fair Play: No cheating, hacking, exploiting game glitches, or using unauthorized third-party software.
- Equipment: Use only approved devices and configurations. Device check will be conducted before matches.
- Communication: Follow referee instructions at all times. Disobedience may result in penalties.
- Punctuality: Arrive at least 30 minutes before scheduled match time for check-in and device setup.
- Match Results: All referee decisions are final and binding. No protests after match completion.
- Recording: Matches may be recorded for review and streaming purposes.
Match Format
- Solo Mode: 100 players, 4 rounds, point-based scoring. Top 16 advance to finals.
- Duo Mode: 50 teams, 5 rounds, team scoring. Top 10 teams advance.
- Squad Mode: 25 teams, 6 rounds, team coordination scoring. Top 5 teams advance.
- Tie-breaker: In case of ties, a sudden death match will determine winner.
Penalties & Disqualification
- Warning: First minor offense (e.g., delay, minor chat violation).
- Point Deduction: Second offense or moderate violation (e.g., unsportsmanlike conduct).
- Match Forfeit: Severe violation (e.g., cheating, harassment, equipment tampering).
- Tournament Ban: Extreme cases (e.g., violence, fraud, multiple offenses).
- Permanent Ban: Criminal activity, hacking, or repeated severe violations.
5. CODE OF CONDUCT
Participants must maintain professional conduct at all times during tournaments and at venues:
Respect
Treat all participants, staff, and spectators with respect.
Communication
No hate speech, harassment, or offensive language.
Sportsmanship
Win with humility, lose with grace.
Prohibited Behaviors:
- Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech based on race, gender, religion, or orientation.
- Physical or verbal abuse towards anyone at the venue.
- Damage to venue property or equipment.
- Gambling or betting on matches (directly or indirectly).
- Sharing of sensitive tournament information or strategies with non-participants.
- Use of prohibited substances (drugs, alcohol) during tournament hours.
- Unauthorized recording, streaming, or photography of matches.
- Collusion, match-fixing, or intentionally losing matches.
Violation of code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and ban from future events. Legal action may be taken in severe cases.
6. PRIZES AND AWARDS
Prize Distribution Terms
- Prizes are awarded to winners within 7-10 business days after tournament completion.
- Taxes (TDS) will be deducted as per Indian Income Tax laws (30% for cash prizes over ₹10,000).
- Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of tournament end, otherwise they will be forfeited.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash equivalent.
- In case of ties, tie-breaker matches will determine final winners.
- RoyalClash reserves the right to withhold prizes in case of rule violations or disputes.
- Winners must provide valid ID and PAN card for prize processing.

Cash prize + Trophy + Skins + Medal
2nd Place
Cash prize + Trophy + Elite Pass + Medal
3rd Place
Cash prize + Medal + Skins
Additional Awards: MVP (Most Valuable Player), Most Kills, Best Performance awards may be given at organizer's discretion.
7. FEES AND PAYMENTS
Entry Fees
- Solo Mode: ₹499 per player
- Duo Mode: ₹899 per team (₹449.50 per player)
- Squad Mode: ₹1,599 per team (₹399.75 per player)
- Early bird discounts: 10% off for registrations 30+ days before event
- Group discounts: 5% off for 5+ team registrations from same organization
Payment Terms:
- All payments are processed through secure third-party gateways (Razorpay, Paytm, PhonePe).
- Fees include venue costs, equipment rental, referee fees, and prize pool contribution.
- No hidden charges – total amount shown at checkout includes all taxes.
- Payment confirmation required for registration to be valid (instant email confirmation).
- Fees are non-transferable to other participants or tournaments.
- International payments accepted in USD/INR (exchange rates apply).
8. CANCELLATION AND POSTPONEMENT
RoyalClash reserves the right to modify tournament schedules as needed.
By RoyalClash:
- Cancel tournaments with less than 50% registrations: Full refund issued within 7 days.
- Postpone tournaments due to unforeseen circumstances: New date announced, option for full refund.
- Modify tournament format or schedule with reasonable notice (minimum 7 days).
- Merge brackets if participation is low in certain categories.
By Participants:
- Cancellation more than 30 days before event: 100% refund minus payment gateway charges (2-3%).
- Cancellation 15-29 days before event: 75% refund.
- Cancellation 7-14 days before event: 50% refund.
- Cancellation less than 7 days before event: NO REFUND.
- No-show on event day: NO REFUND, no transfer.
Participants will be notified via email and SMS of any changes to tournament schedule.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
By participating in RoyalClash tournaments, you grant us the following rights:
Recording Rights
Record, stream, and broadcast tournament matches on all platforms.
Image Rights
Use your name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes.
Content Rights
Create highlight reels, compilations, and content from tournament footage.
- RoyalClash owns all broadcast rights for tournament matches.
- Participants may not stream or record matches without explicit permission.
- RoyalClash may use screenshots, clips, and highlights on website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Participants retain ownership of their personal in-game accounts and original content created outside tournaments.
- No compensation is provided for use of image or likeness in tournament promotions.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
RoyalClash's liability is limited to the amount of entry fee paid. We are not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from tournament participation.
- Loss of profits, data, opportunity, or goodwill.
- Personal injury or property damage at tournament venues (participants join at own risk).
- Technical failures, internet outages, game server issues, or equipment malfunctions.
- Acts of third parties (other participants, spectators, venue staff).
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, civil unrest).
- Theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings at venues.
- Any claims arising from disputes between participants.
Participants are strongly advised to secure personal insurance for valuable equipment brought to venues.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising from these terms or tournament participation shall be resolved as follows:
- Informal Negotiation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith discussions within 14 days.
- Mediation: If negotiation fails, disputes shall be referred to a mutually agreed mediator in Mumbai.
- Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
- Arbitration Venue: Mumbai, India. Proceedings in English.
- Costs: Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded by arbitrator.
Class Action Waiver: Any dispute resolution shall be conducted on an individual basis only, not as a class or consolidated action.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Jurisdiction: The courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters arising from these terms, to the exclusion of all other courts.
Severability: If any provision of these terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.
Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RoyalClash regarding tournament participation.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT: By registering for RoyalClash tournaments, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all 12 sections of these Terms and Conditions.
